After posted the tutorial of replace the PSP 1000 screen, I think we need to add a tutorial for PSP 2000. Since there are some differences between 1000 and 2000.

In order to make sure that all customers who purchase from OurHappyShopping know how to do, now let us start!

This tutorial is for information purposes, and we are not responsible or can be held responsible if you screw up your PSP by following this tutorial. Make sure the PSP is unplugged from mains power AT ALL TIMES. Mains power is dangerous!
Dismantle the PSP console and follow this tutorial at your own risk!

Tool Required: a Phillips head Ph000 screwdriver,a small flat head screwdriver

PSP 2000 LCD Screen

101) Need to remove seven screws to open your psp slim. There are four screws on the back of the psp slim.

11There is one more screw on the bottom of the psp. 

12 Two more on the top.

132) Now take off the faceplate.

143) Use the small flathead screwdriver to pry off the left side of the button bar.

154) Do the same on the right.

165) The screen is held in place by a few plastic clips. Use the flathead screwdriver to pry it out.

176) Now lift up the screen and get to all the cables that connect it to the motherboard.

187) The thin cable on the left is the backlight cable. The thick cable next to it is the lcd data cable. The one on the right is the button bar cable. Lift up the clips with a screwdriver or your fingernail to release the cables.

19 8) Motherboard with the clips open and cables disconnected. Installation is the reverse of removal.

OK! Now we have replaced a new screen for PSP Slim.

Open the PSP console, and you will feel like you get a new PSP!
